THE WORK BEHIND EVERY SALE
One shop. Connected from counter to accounts.
Explore what EzyPOS does today: bilingual sales, inventory, customer credit, supplier payables, returns, invoices, cash, expenses and operational reports. Designed around Pakistan’s wood, hardware, fittings and material-retail workflows.
Current scope: one shop, one organization, shop inventory and the MAIN cash register. The previews on this website are illustrative demos, not live business records.
Orders & sales
Customer sales and supplier purchases, from draft to a confirmed transaction.
- Build multi-item orders, quick-create parties, apply permitted line/order discounts, and choose full, partial or credit payment by cash, bank or another supported method.
- See current and projected party balances before confirming. Stock is checked again at completion, including repeated products. Duplicate completion requests do not create duplicate records.
- Only drafts can be cancelled, with a reason and operator record. Completed sales are corrected through linked returns, refunds and payments.
Products & measurement units
A catalog designed for materials, hardware and inventory-heavy shops.
- Keep title, SKU, brand, color, material, up to two images, selling price, required cost price and optional carton/pack conversion together. Price editing has its own permission.
- Use piece, dozen, pack, kilogram, gram, pound, litre, millilitre, metre, square metre or square foot. Every product has one base unit.
- Search, sort and filter by unit or stock status. Set a product-specific low-stock threshold; blank inherits 10 and zero disables alerts. Open product details and filtered stock history directly.
Traceable stock ledger
Quantity comes from movements, with a reason behind each change.
- Track Stock IN and Stock OUT with base-unit quantity, carton conversion, party, valuation where relevant, notes, operator, time and source references.
- Receive supplier stock, record damage, samples and corrections, or return goods to a supplier. Orders and linked returns create their own movements, preventing duplicate manual sale entries.
- Outgoing stock follows the negative-stock policy. Required adjustment reasons need notes. Supplier purchase valuation can start from cost × quantity and be adjusted to the supplier invoice.
Customer credit accounts
Know who owes you—and when you owe a customer.
- Maintain customer contact/reference details, opening receivables and later previous-balance entries. Quick-create customers during a sale.
- Account status distinguishes customer owes us, we owe customer and settled. View current/projected exposure during entry and navigate directly to orders and statements.
Supplier payables & credits
Purchases, liabilities, settlements and supplier refunds stay connected.
- Record supplier contacts, opening amounts owed and later balance entries. Review account position while receiving stock or creating a purchase order.
- Allocate a payment across purchase orders, direct stock receipts and previous balances. The allocation cannot exceed the actual remaining liability.
- Returning physical goods starts a pending claim unless credit is confirmed. Confirmed credit reduces payable; actual money received is separate. Pending claims never silently clear supplier dues.
Payments & settlement evidence
Record money against the real amount outstanding.
- Payments on completed orders are capped at the return-adjusted balance. Include method, effective time and reference. Invalid dates and overpayments are rejected; safe retries avoid duplicate payments.
- Statement receipts allocate to actual sales, balances or confirmed supplier credits, oldest first by default with partial allocation available. Cash enters the active drawer; bank/other does not. Statement receipts require an online connection.
Returns, credits & refunds
Returned stock, balance credit and cash refund are three different facts.
- Return eligible original order quantities at the original discounted economics. Restore stock only for saleable goods. Return credit reduces unpaid balance before calculating any cash refund due.
- The returns register separates no refund required, pending, partial and refunded. Linked order details, party statements and credit notes retain the original transaction trail.
- Supplier purchase returns reduce the linked obligation and validate available stock. Physical return, accepted supplier credit and money received remain separately visible.
Running customer & supplier statements
A balance you can explain, entry by entry.
- Statements bring opening balances, sales/purchases, return credits, payments and refunds into a signed running balance with effective time and source references.
- Date filters preserve an opening balance. Follow a reference to the real order, stock entry or return when permitted, and export supported formats online.
Audited invoices & credit notes
English or Urdu. A4 or 80 mm. An issuance trail for every official copy.
- The first successful issue is Original. Later copies are numbered Duplicate and require permission and a reason. Issuance history records the operator, language, paper and time; safe retries reuse the issued document.
- Invoices disclose linked return credits, adjusted totals, payments, refunds and balance. Generate separate linked return notes in either language and paper size. Assets are locally available to the document generator.
- Official documents require the server. If enabled, device-generated offline PDFs are prominently unofficial/provisional and never consume Original/Duplicate numbering.
Cash register & day-end closing
Compare the drawer you expect with the cash you count.
- Open the MAIN register with opening cash. Cash sales, receipts, refunds, supplier payments and cash expenses create linked movements. Record explained manual cash adjustments when needed.
- Count actual cash at close; shortages or overages require notes. One open session per register, recent closing history and append-only movements preserve evidence. Opening, adjusting and closing require the server.
Expenses with a cash connection
Posted expenses remain traceable to category, operator and payment.
- Record bilingual category, amount, method, payee, reference, description and effective time. Posted entries are immutable. Categories can be renamed or deactivated while preserving history.
- Cash expenses require an open drawer and post with one cash movement. Bank/other expenses leave cash unchanged. An offline cash expense is provisional and needs review if its cached register session has changed.
Reports & historical profitability
Sales, cost, returns and expenses each have a place in the result.
- See sales, collections, outstanding amounts, discounts, returns/refunds, cash/expenses, customer receivables, supplier payables and low stock. Dashboard adds attention items, recent orders and a 14-day activity chart.
- Net sales − historical cost of goods sold = gross profit. Gross profit − posted expenses = operating result. Later catalog cost changes do not rewrite past margins; returns reverse sales and applicable cost in the return period.
- Explore product, brand and customer contribution, low-margin products, inventory cost and potential retail value. Reports follow shop time, default to the current month and accept up to 366 days. This is operational reporting, not statutory accounting.
Validated import & useful exports
Bring in products with a preview. Take confirmed records with you.
- Import CSV/XLSX using starter files and a validation preview, currently up to 2,000 rows per batch. Every row must pass before confirmation. Opening quantity creates ledger adjustments.
- Export products, sales/business reports, receivables, payables, low stock and party statements in supported CSV, styled Excel or PDF formats. Imports/exports are online-only and never treat provisional data as official.
Staff roles & protected access
Give each person the actions they need, with server-enforced checks.
- Use protected Super Admin, permission-governed Admin/Cashier and custom roles for inventory, accounting or read-only work. Grouped permissions separate discounts, prices, refunds, invoice copies, imports, exports and administration.
- Accounts are created by administrators; there is no public signup. Secure cookie sessions, login throttling, temporary account locks and Super Admin recovery protect access. The last active Super Admin stays protected.
Activity trail & connected records
See the sensitive action, its operator and the business record behind it.
- Logs cover authentication, permissions, stock, orders, payments, returns, cash, expenses, data tools, invoice issuance and settings. Authentication secrets are excluded. Explicit offline logout evidence is uploaded after the same user signs in again.
- Follow links from products to stock history and from statements to source records where permitted. A page refresh updates server data without clearing forms, filters or replaying queued work.
Shop settings & administration
Configure the shop’s daily rules in one place.
- Set shop details, bill footer, branding, invoice paper, discount cap and negative-stock policy. Choose direction and Urdu font, and optionally enable provisional offline PDFs.
- Super Admin controls global offline mode, seven cache domains, diagnostics, detailed cache inspection, account recovery and sensitive administration access.
English, Urdu & bilingual working
A familiar workspace, with local fonts and flexible direction.
- The application supports English, Urdu or both, independently configurable LTR/RTL, and light/dark themes. Choose Noto Sans Arabic, Noto Nastaliq Urdu or Gulzar. Fonts, language bundles and icons ship locally.
- Responsive navigation, readable data tables, loading/empty/error states and explicit pending/review indicators support desktop and mobile use. This marketing website offers separate English and Urdu pages.
What stays available during an outage?
Offline mode must be enabled and data cached beforehand. Internet, API and storage health are shown separately. Supported work moves through Pending → Syncing → Confirmed, or Needs Review if validation fails. Server permissions, stock and balances remain authoritative.
Browse cached records
Products, customers, suppliers, orders, stock and reports: only when offline mode and the relevant previously populated cache are enabled.
Products & parties
Authorized product/customer/supplier creation and updates can queue provisionally; dependent work waits for their confirmation.
Orders & stock movements
Supported entries queue as Pending. Completed customer sales require sufficient cached stock; drafts are a safer fallback. Authoritative stock waits for server validation.
Returns
Queue against cached eligibility. Official credit and refund confirmation wait for the server.
Supplier settlements
Provisional dependency-aware allocations are supported when cached liabilities can be validated; the server rechecks current balances.
Expenses
Captured provisionally. A changed cash session moves the item to review; authorized resolution can use the current session, change payment method or reject with notes.
Cash & statement receipts
Register open/adjust/close and statement-level customer/supplier receipts are online-only.
Invoices & credit notes
Official documents are online-only. Optional offline PDFs require an enabled setting, are clearly provisional and have no official issuance number.
Import & export
Online-only. Cached provisional records cannot become official business exports.
Login & logout
A new login needs the server. Existing permitted cached access is user-scoped. Explicit offline logout clears the local session; its evidence uploads after that user signs in again.
Queues are bounded and user-scoped. Disabling a cache domain does not erase queued work. Storage trouble offers retry without destructive clearing. Keep devices secure and do not clear browser storage while work is pending.
Designed for a real shop—not every business model.
A practical fit for wood/timber, hardware/fittings, building materials, paint/glue/finishing supplies and furniture/workshop components. Owners, managers, cashiers, inventory staff, accountants and read-only auditors can receive appropriate roles.
There is no separate warehouse, multi-branch consolidation, barcode/QR checkout, payroll, e-commerce, tax filing or automated WhatsApp/SMS reminder feature today. Per-user overrides, maker-checker approvals, financial approval limits and batch stock-entry UI are not current capabilities. No zero-data-loss or fully offline promise is made.
Ask us to agree setup, product import, accounts/permissions, training, hosting, backups and ongoing support for your deployment. Pricing and service commitments are defined in your written agreement.
