Privacy notice
Last updated: 26 September 2026
This notice describes this public EzyPOS website and demo inquiries. The handling of business records in a deployed EzyPOS application must also be covered by the agreement for that deployment.
What this website stores
The website stores your selected language and theme in your browser’s local storage. These preferences are not sent to a marketing database. Product examples use fictional sample records. The current site does not embed advertising trackers or analytics, and it does not accept lead submissions through a website form.
When you contact us
If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, contact details and shop requirements. We use it to respond, arrange a demo and discuss requested services. Do not send passwords, identity documents, customer ledgers or other sensitive business records in an initial inquiry.
External providers and hosting
WhatsApp and email are external services governed by their own privacy terms. Visiting this website may produce technical hosting logs such as IP address, requested URL and time for delivery, security and troubleshooting. The exact hosting provider, log retention and any deployment-specific processing terms should be confirmed for the live service.
Retention and your requests
Inquiry information should be kept only as needed to respond, provide agreed services, maintain necessary business records or meet applicable obligations. A fixed retention period is not currently published. Contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion; we will explain any records that must be retained. You can remove website preferences by clearing this site’s browser storage.
Changes and contact
We will update this notice if the website’s data practices change. Contact the email listed below with privacy questions. This notice does not replace the privacy arrangements required between a shop and its own staff, customers or suppliers.
